I made this cake for my nephew’s 5th birthday.
It’s a chocolate sponge filled with my home-made hazelnut cream.
I have covered the cake with the same cream and sprinkled it with hazelnuts.
Valerio, this is his name, is crazy about dinosaurs so I made a small one in sugar paste.
